POLICY
La Burla Bee, requires each guest, regardless of age, must show a current and valid government-issued photo ID. No person under 21 years of age may enter the Cabaret, nor will anyone under 21 consume alcoholic beverages at La Burla Bee.
No guests will be allowed to enter La Burla Bee, or any Cabaret show, even if tickets have been purchased, if they are visibly intoxicated. La Burla Bee reserves the right to refuse admission or eject anyone from the premises due to disorderly conduct without issuing a refund.
Dinner is not included in your purchased ticket; however, Dinner is available for purchase during all Cabaret Shows.
La Burla Bee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We ask that you keep all personal items always secured and with you.
This is an adult entertainment show, and you understand the content of this production is of a sexy and fun, but of an adult nature, with adult content; to include, but not limited to, profanity, swearing, vulgarity, insult, rude words, mockery, and strip tease. During certain performances in the show, guests who have purchased a ticket may be asked to be brought up on stage to participate with the dancer(s) and the master of the ceremony. However, you may refuse to do so, and we will choose another guest. Consent is a must at La Burla Bee, that means that consent goes both ways for all staff, entertainers, and guests alike. DO NOT TOUCH ANYONE unless consent is granted. If not respected, you may be asked to leave.
Security – La Burla Bee has increased its existing measures of security for public safety. We thank you in advance for your cooperation with the checks performed by our Security and ensure you that every possible step has been taken to guarantee that you fully enjoy your evening. Anyone refusing to cooperate with the security measures may be denied access to the venue. ALL WEAPONS INCLUDING CONCEALED FIREARMS ARE PROHIBITED ON OUR PREMISES.
No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers allowed. No recording devices, still cameras, or video cameras permitted unless otherwise noted and approved by La Burla Bee. You hereby consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or weapons. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.
You assume all risk and danger incidental to the game, show, exhibition, event, or performance whether occurring prior to, during, or after the said show. You assume all risk and danger of being injured and release liability and agree that the management, staff, its agents, owner and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries.
TICKETS
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
If you are unable to attend a paid ticketed Event at La Burla Bee, through no fault of Ours, your tickets may be exchanged, subject to availability. To obtain an exchange, you must contact us 48 hours before the Event that you are not able to attend (info@laburlabee.com/(719)434-5737). Ticket(s) can be exchanged for a seat of the same value or higher upon payment of the difference in value. If a discount has been applied to the Ticket(s), then this will only be honored within the original terms and conditions of the offer.
NO REFUNDS: Ticket(s) cannot be refunded after purchase, due to the intimate Cabaret show room of La Burla Bee. It is extremely difficult for our venue to resell tickets due to the ticketed seat assignment upon purchase. Therefore, we have a NO REFUND policy, and an exchange ONLY policy.
Exception to ticket policy refund: You or someone in your party has tested positive for COVID-19.
No Warranties - LA BURLA BEE MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE.
“Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against any event sponsor, staff, the owner of the facility, performers, and the ticket producer or issuer. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance [See Security Policy above]. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion.
The resale of a ticket for more than its face value without the written consent of La Burla Bee is prohibited by law.
Seating is specifically identified and chosen by each ticket purchaser. No changes to seating can be made once tickets have been purchased. If for some reason you have accidently selected the wrong seating or day, please contact us at info@laburlabee.com to see if we can accommodate you.
Arrival time – Please arrive by 8pm show start time. La Burla Bee reserves the right to sell seating that has not been occupied by the purchaser 3o minutes after show start time.
